Manage assets

Build your organization’s asset library in Beachside. Create brands and products, upload product assets, and reuse them in playgrounds.

Create a brand

A brand represents a product line or company identity within your organization. It acts as a container for products, which in turn hold the assets you'll use to generate visuals.

When to create a brand

Create a brand when you're working with a new product line or company identity. Once created, brands are shared across your entire organization. All users can create, access, and use them, regardless of team or role.

How to create a brand

1

Go to Assets

2

Select + New Brand at the bottom of the left column

This button will open a modal.

3

Choose the brand name and select Create brand

Tip: The brand name should be clear for everyone in the organization.

4

Your new brand appears in the left column list

Now it's time to add your first product!

Add a product

A product sits within a brand and acts as a folder for product assets. Products represent individual product lines or SKUs that contain the actual assets (product shots, textures, references) you'll use for visual generation.

When to create a product

Create a product for each product line or SKU needing its own asset library. After creating a product, you can upload and use assets in your projects. Products belong to a brand, so ensure you have at least one brand before creating a product.
