Layers
Decompose any image layer into independently editable elements, then rotate, flip, and reorder layers directly on the canvas.
Split into layers

Decompose any image layer into its individual objects. Each becomes an independent layer you can reposition, resize or edit, then blend back into the scene.
Blend your layers back
Once you're done editing, you have three ways to merge your layers back into the scene by using Beachside Tasks
Blend merges your layers realistically in one click, no prompt needed. Blend

Image to image generation merges your layers with a prompt to guide the result. Model Generation
Light merges your layers by introducing a new light. Light
Bring to Front / Send to Back
Move any layer to the top or bottom of the layer stack in one action.
Right-click any layer and select Bring to front or Send to back, or use the keyboard shortcuts ] and [.
Rotate layer

You can rotate any layer from its corner or arm handles. Rotation works on images, generated visuals, uploaded assets, and tool layers, including layers that extend beyond the scene frame.
Flip layer

Flipping mirrors a layer in place. The layer keeps the same position, size, and bounding box, and the flip composes with any rotation already applied.
