# 创建签名

**Signature 解读品牌的视觉逻辑：色调、光线、质感、构图、氛围，以及需要避免的内容。** 它将这些知识结构化为一个可操作的对象，精准指导每一次生成，让你的团队始终掌控每一部分的含义。用所有内容训练的 AI 模型，输出的只是所有内容的平均值。对于价值在于独特性的品牌来说，Signature 正是避免这一点的关键。

## 如何创建 Signature

#### 打开 Signature 库

导航到 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**Signatures**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 在主导航中。

该库会显示你组织中的所有 Signature。管理员和团队负责人会在页面右上角看到一个 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**+ 新建 signature**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 按钮。

#### 为你的 Signature 命名

选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**+ 新建 signature**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd>。屏幕中央会出现一个输入框，提示为“This is…”。

输入你的品牌或活动名称。输入满 3 个字符后，布局会开始动画，画板会自动打开。

#### 构建画板

画板是一个自由形式的画布。将所有代表品牌的内容放入其中：活动视觉、参考图片、规范文档、链接和备注。顺序无关紧要。

使用屏幕底部的浮动工具栏添加内容：

* <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**图片**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> — 从你组织现有的视觉素材中选择，或直接上传文件（PNG、JPEG、PSD，最大 90 MB）。你也可以把电脑里的图片直接拖到画板上。一次最多可选择 20 张图片。
* <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**问题**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> — 打开按类型分组的品牌问题列表。选择一个问题后，会创建一条预填该问题的文本备注，作为起点。请在备注中作答；已回答的问题会从列表中移除。
* <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**文档**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> — 附加品牌规范 PDF、DOCX 文件或纯文本（最大 90MB）

在你揭示 Signature 之前，至少需要 12 张图片。

#### 揭示你的 Signature

当画板准备就绪后，选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**Reveal Signature**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 在屏幕右上角。

Beachside 会处理画板上的所有内容并生成一份结构化的 Signature 文档。此过程大约需要 6 到 10 分钟。

你可以在此页面等待，或者选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**在后台继续**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 返回库中。处理中时，网格中会出现带有加载动画的卡片。随时选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**查看**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 该卡片上的内容以检查进度。

#### 查看并编辑 Signature

处理完成后，生成的 Signature 会以可编辑模式打开。请检查每个部分，并修正任何不对的地方。

Signature 按以下部分组织：概览、情绪、使命、受众、颜色、构图、光线、质感、活动，以及禁止项。

编辑方式：

* 点击任意文本字段即可进行内联编辑。点击外部区域会保存更改。
* 点击颜色色块即可打开取色器。
* 将鼠标悬停在图片上并选择替换选项，即可替换任意部分中的图片。

#### 发布

当 Signature 准备就绪后，选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**发布**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 在顶部导航中。

Signature 现已上线。它会显示在整个组织的库中，并且团队中所有人都可以在 Playground 的 Signatures 选项卡中使用它。

选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**另存为草稿**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 则会保存你的修改，但不会将其发布。库中的卡片会显示“此 signature 为草稿”标签，以便团队知道最新版本尚未发布。

## 编辑现有 Signature

从库中打开任意已发布的 Signature，并选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**编辑**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd> 在右上角。此时会跳过画板和揭示步骤。Signature 会直接打开到可编辑的文档视图，并预填当前已发布版本的内容。

你进行的第一处更改——无论是文本、颜色还是图片——都会自动将你切换到一个新的草稿版本。已发布版本会保持上线，直到你明确选择 <kbd><mark style="color:$primary;">**发布**<mark style="color:$primary;"></kbd>.

要放弃草稿并返回已发布状态，请打开顶部导航中的版本选择器，切换回已发布版本，然后确认。

## 常见问题

<summary><strong>我需要多少张图片来构建画板？</strong></summary>

至少 12 张图片。“Reveal Signature” 按钮始终可见，但在满足最低要求之前会处于禁用状态。工具提示会解释原因。

<summary><strong>如果生成失败会怎样？</strong></summary>

如果处理过程中发生错误，Beachside 会将你带回画板，并在顶部显示错误消息。你的画板内容不会丢失。请解决问题后再次选择“Reveal Signature”重试。

<summary><strong>在 Signature 生成时，我还能继续使用 Beachside 吗？</strong></summary>

可以。在 Reveal 界面选择“在后台继续”。库网格中会出现一个加载卡片。在 Signature 创建期间，你可以继续使用 Beachside。

<summary><strong>Publish 和 Save as draft 有什么区别？</strong></summary>

“Publish” 会立即让新版本上线。Playground 会在今后所有启用了此 Signature 的生成中使用它。“Save as draft” 会保存你的修改，但不会更改当前上线内容。已发布版本会保持生效，直到你明确发布更新。
