AI Expand extends images while maintaining visual consistency, allowing you to define aspect ratios and positioning to generate new areas, ideal for format changes and composition adjustments.

How to use

Select ”AI Expand”

1. Select "Resize" from the task menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Select "AI Expand" from the sub-menu.

Upload a product image

You may upload an image by:

• Upload an image by clicking on the text link "Upload an image" in the scene.

• Drag and drop an image from a local folder on your computer.

• Drag an drop an image from the asset panel on the bottom left side of the screen.

Adjust the output size

You may manually adjust the image size on your scene, or select the zoom percentage from the AI expand settings panel on the right side. If you would like to change the aspect ratio of the scene, move to the next step.

AI Expand settings

On the AI expand settings panel, on the right side of the scene, you may select expand ratio to change the scene aspect ratio and add a text prompt for overall direction.

Available aspect ratios

• Portrait (9:16, 768×1344px)

• Widescreen (21:9, 1536×672px)

• Vertical Widescreen (9:21, 672×1536px)

• Flexible 5:4 (5:4, 1152×896px)

• Flexible 4:5 (4:5, 896×1152px)

• Square (1:1, 1024×1024px)

• Photo (3:2, 1248×832px)

• Vertical Photo (2:3, 832×1248px)

• Classic (4:3, 1184×864px)

• Vertical Classic (3:4, 864×1184px)

• Landscape (16:9, 1344×768px)

Text prompt

1. Write directly on the text prompt field.

2. You may choose a saved prompt from the "library" button.

3. You may upload an image and Beachside will create a description of your image and place the text on the prompt field.

Press "Expand" to confirm and generate your scene.
